As part of our support for the Massai orphanage in Migoli, our NGO has provided beds for all the children and staff, as well as new mattresses.
Since the opening of this institution some 40 years ago, no furniture had been changed.
During our visits, we discovered bunk beds that were very unstable and on the verge of breaking, as well as foam mattresses that were completely soiled, worn and infested with bed bugs. It was unacceptable to allow this indecent situation to continue, so we equipped the orphanage with new bedding and beds.
The children and the sisters have received this equipment and it is an event that makes them very happy…and us too!
What a joy to think of these children already marked by their history that they will finally be able to spend calm and restful nights in normal conditions.
